What Is Your Typical Pricing For Cyrusson's Marketing Services?

Our marketing services pricing really is dependent on how competitive and aggressive you want to be. We have clients from as low as $369/mo up to $6,500+ per month. 

Pricing will highly depend on the following factors:

What you’ll find in our pricing page packages is the base price for most services. Typically most of our clients opt for a custom package in the range of  $1,750 to $4,500 per month for a full comprehensive marketing strategy. Our services are customized to your needs and how aggressive you want your marketing to be.

In other words, if you want to make a smaller splash, you’d look at the lower end (circa ~ $1,500 to $2,500 per month) vs. If you’re looking to dominate the market in your local area, then you’d be looking $3,000 to $6,000+ per month. Most clients fall somewhere in the middle (~ $3000 to $3750) and we can certainly help tailor packages to best meet your marketing & budget needs. How Am I Billed For Your Digital Marketing Services and Is There A Contract?

We accept two methods of payment: ACH Bank Transfer or Credit Card. Though with Credit Card payments there is a 3.5% processing fee. We typically recommend clients to opt for ACH Payments.

Yes, there is a service agreement that must be signed before beginning any work. We offer services with 6-month and 12-month service agreement contracts because digital marketing results do not happen overnight. SEO, takes time to see tangible changes. However, we are confident that our strategies will generate results for your business within the timeframe we have agreed to. 

To be successful in digital marketing, you need to be consistent and relentless. Stay away from so-called “experts” that promise overnight results, but really they’re just selling snake oil. What Does The Timeline Look Like From Contract Execution To Campaign Launch?

The campaign itself can be launched within 5-10 business days after all required assets (i.e.: copy, logos, etc) are received by our team.

You’ll have the opportunity to specify the goal of the campaign and who we should target. We also ask for the top 10 keywords that may be related to this business. Our team of strategists will use this information to develop a successful campaign 

Where Will My Ads Be Served? (Related to LocalAds)

All LocalAds campaigns are display campaigns that can also be combined with social, search, or video campaigns depending on your goals and ad spend. Display campaigns serve banners in websites visited by your audience. Search campaigns promote your services on Google’s search results page. Video campaigns serve ads in video platforms like Youtube.

Can I Target Multiple Audiences In The Same Campaign?

You can, but we strongly recommend you to focus on one set of audience per campaign. Having multiple audiences will split your medi spend budget and might cause your ads to perform not so well. If you prefer to target more than one audience, we highly recommend increasing your media spend budget so that your ads are served in a more efficient manner to each audience.

How Often Can I Make Changes To My Campaign?

 After the launch of a campaign, we perform one round of revision free of cost. We try to limit constant changes in order to analyze how well the ad is performing and in order to optimize it to its full potential. Any additional revisions will incur a flat fee ($80) depending on the revisions requested – for ad changes book a call with us in order to go over exact details to change. As any further changes will illicit a charge of $80 each time. 

What is a Facebook Pixel?

The Facebook pixel is a piece of code that is placed on your website and lets us measure, optimize, and build audiences for your campaign. When a user visits your website and takes an action (ex. Making a purchase, submitting a form), the pixel is triggered and reports the action. This allows us to track when a customer completed an action after seeing your Facebook ad. This gives us the ability to reach this customer again by using a custom audience or create a lookalike audience based on users who have already converted. 

Do You Monitor Comments On My Facebook Ads?

We don’t monitor comments left on your ads. As a business, you will receive notifications from Facebook or Instagram every time a reaction, comment, or share is left on an ad. 

Will I Be Able To See My Campaign Within My Own Ads Manager?

We run all of our campaigns out of our own ads manager as it simplifies our billing process. It also allows us to ensure control of all aspects of the campaign. We also have numerous softwares running within our Ads Manager accounts to prevent click-fraud and bot-clicks in order to make your campaigns more efficiently.

Do You Provide Stock Images?

We can absolutely provide stock images if requested and required. However, we recommend that you provide professional images of the business to ensure an authentic and engaging Facebook or Instagram campaign. 

What If We Already Are Using Our Own Facebook Pixel, Are We Able To Continue Using This?

Yes, although we will request access to this in order to help run the campaign more effectively so you will be able to see the best possible results from the Facebook ad.

If We Run A Contest Ad, Will You Aid In Picking A Winner?

No, we will not. We are able to run an ad to help promote a contest the business is running but will not pick a winner once the contest in complete. It will be your responsibility to follow whatever stipulations that are in place for the contest.

Do You Create Websites on Platforms like Wix, Weebly, SquareSpace and GoDaddy?

No, we do not. We solely build websites on WordPress. The other platforms may work well for some, but we’ve found that they don’t perform well when it comes to search engine rankings and do not allow us the flexibility to fully customize a site that is designed specifically for conversion or ranking in organic search engines.

Do I Own My Business Website Once It Is Completed?

Yes, you have 100% ownership of your website. You own everything we design and develop. Don’t trust web developers that refuse to release your website upon request.

What Is The General Cost For Developing A Business Website?

Each and every business website is completely different. Most of the time pricing for a new website will depend on the scope of work. We make Website Creation affordable for your business. We have packages starting from $1619 (one-time) for website creation and going up to $4759+ (one-time). We also provide Website Hosting & Maintenance for $110 per month.

Note: The Website Creation pricing largely depends on the scope of work and the amount of customization you seek for your website.

Website creation pricing can fall anywhere in the range of $1619 (1-page website w/ content) to $4759+ depending on the complexity of the project (numerous pages, content, e-commerce website builds, etc). Sites that require customization will be on the higher end of the spectrum versus websites that only require basic information and minimal functionality.

What Should Be Included On My Business’s Website?

Your website should have a Home page, About the Company page, Services/Products offered page, and Contact Us page. It’s also really nice to have a blog and some Case Studies/Testimonials pages.

Can you build sites that are not within your hosting platform (Website Pro) or in my own hosting environment?

No, we require the website to be built in our hosting platform environment. After that, you are free to move to any host. We do not provide migration services to other platforms. Our team is not familiar with other hosts beyond our own. We can export the website files but you will need to find a service provider to assist with the migration. Please note, we only offer website maintenance & support services that are hosted on our platform (using Website Pro hosting).

What image size do you recommend?

-Full-screen or background image: 1920 pixels wide x 1080 pixels high

-Logo: 200 pixels wide x 100 pixels high

-Product image: 800 pixels x 800 pixels

-1 column image: 1080 pixels wide

-2 column image: 510 pixels wide

-3 column image: 320 pixels wide

File Formats

In general, most images on the web are either in JPEG, PNG, or GIF format. JPEG’s are good for most situations because of its compatibility, use of color, and small file size.

JPEG’s should be used for all your full-color photographs like featured images and background images.

PNG is also a very compatible format for the web. PNG’s are great for smaller images with a lot of detail. The PNG format also supports transparent background capability which is perfect for logos and graphical elements.

GIF’s are good for small images with limited color. GIF’s are unique because they can be animated, which is sometimes useful.

What do each of the fields on the eCommerce spreadsheet mean?

-post_title – Name of the sales item

-post_content – full description of the item

-post_exerpt – 1-2 sentence short description

-product_type – can be: variable (several different sizes of mattresses), simple, virtual or downloadable

-product_cat – category (mattresses, box springs, etc)

-product_tag – subcategory (mattress – spring coils or memory foam)

-sku – product identifier number

No, currently our websites are not HIPAA compliant. However, we can integrate HIPAA compliant features and services provided by you on your website.

I’ve chosen a premium plugin, what’s next?

For all premium plugins, you will need to purchase the license and provide the necessary information and credentials to your web developer for integration (Integration costs subject to hourly fees). We do not purchase premium plugins for you or your clients.

Can we build a multi-lingual site?

Yes! We use the GTranslate plugin for this service. The free version uses Google’s standard translation service. However, if you would like to edit those translations, you will need to purchase the premium version.

What happens to my website if I cancel service.

Once the hosting is canceled your website will archive for up to 30 days. We can export the website files should you want to migrate to a different hosting platform.

We do not assist with hosting migration to other platforms (besides our own Website Pro) as our team is trained and familiar with only our hosting platform. All archived sites that wish to be revived will require reactivation of hosting which will incur monthly costs. 

Can you turn my website into an e-commerce site?

Yes! We can turn any WordPress sites into an e-commerce site. Though there will be extra charges for this integration.

What if I need more customizations to be made on the website?

No problem! We can provide customization to any website our team has built. Please reach out to your web developer for assistance on quoting the integration, searching for functionality, or design assistance. Your web developer will provide you the hourly costs needed to customize your site.

Do I need to host the website with your hosting platform?

No, but we will require the website to be built in our hosting environment. After that, you are free to move to any host. We do not provide migration services to other platforms. Our team is not familiar with this. We can export the website files but you will need to find a service provider to assist with the migration.

Do I have all backend access once the website is completed?

Yes! All websites we build for our clients are granted the same access as our web designers. This is accessed thru our client portal – the business center – login.cyrusson.com

Is SSL Included on my website?

Yes, all websites hosted on Website Pro automatically receive SSL certifications.

Can we use special themes from themeforest or envato marketplace, etc?

Yes, however, these are custom website builds and will be subject to our hourly integration costs. Please note, these custom themes are limited to the layout, structure, and features the theme provides.

Can you transfer sites from Square, Wix, Mono, Duda or Shopify?

No, the companies above use proprietary web building services. Once you leave their hosting you will lose the website and will need a new website created.

How do I estimate customization costs, If I don’t want to stick to your framework templates?

On average, it takes us 1 hour to customize 2 website pages. Please, keep in mind that we charge by the hour and will round up our hourly costs. For example, if you need to customize 3 website pages, we’ll charge you for 2 hours instead of 1.5.
