Especially I have this from Yuri Aquino is she asked when creating ads for clients, you prefer direct contact call to action, like call now or contact forms. So, you know, this really depends on which platform the time was to advertise on. So say on Facebook right now, what’s popular is some of the message of the problem with that is most of these people that send the message don’t have high-intense compared to, if you ask them to fill up a form on a landing page, but typically these are people who are really interested in the product or service that you have to offer.

Darryl (00:56):

Now, the con of that is some people find it a hassle to fill out forms. That’s why I like LinkedIn ads. What they do is in the forms. They fill out automatically the forms really relevant information, same with Facebook lead gen ads. And, uh, you know, and sometimes it really just depends on the client. I’ve had clients that just want phone calls. So we optimized everything for phone calls and I’ve had other clients who prefer leads. So they’d rather have this lead information so they could follow up with emails and phone calls, text messages, all that good stuff. Now Google ads. There’s also an option for call now call to actions and the pro to call now call to actions is that customers will be able to get access to the business right away, to speak to someone, the consequences. You’re not able to save their name, email, address, all that good stuff and all the relevant information that comes with a fill up form.

Darryl (01:49):

That’s why usually with every ad campaign, I do recommend call tracking, call tracking. At least you can get that phone number so you could follow up with them or call them back. In case you missed that phone call, you could send them a text as well. So yeah, that’s definitely something to think about now, um, having an automated system where you can save most of these details helps. So really it comes down to choosing between your preference on, do you just want phone calls or do you want to call these leads back? Right? That’s really depends on your goals and what your intake or sales process is like. And in reality, all boils down to doing AB testing, to see which element brings you more results and fits right with your business model. So if you want to get more tips, please make sure to follow.
